  • Abstract
    It is shown that at frequencies ¿¿1/¿, where ¿ is the lifetime of the carriers, the noise in double-injection space-charge- limited solid-state diodes corresponds approximately to thermal noise of the h.f. conductance g=I¿/ V¿.
