Abstract :
This letter describes the results of testing the effect of hydro-static pressure up to 8000 atm (¿ 785 MN/m2) on the current/voltage characteristics obtained when using a Zener diode as a hydrostatic pressure gauge with the temperature coefficient of pressure close to zero.
