Abstract :
H.K. Mitra´s method (1964) of obtaining a continuous function from its real part on the imaginary axis is extended to the case of the determination of discrete transfer function from its real part on the unit circle. It is also indicated how the same method can be applied to obtain the discrete transfer function from its imaginary part on the unit circle
