Abstract :
A monolithic integrated circuit has been developed at LeCroy Corporation to provide the integrate, hold and multiplexing functions for large-scale gated ADC systems. The IC has 4 dual-range input channels to give 15-bit dynamic range capability when used with a 12-bit digitizer.
