Abstract :
A two input differential precision voltage probe was designed and built to accurately measure (to 10 bits) high impedance analog signals in a FASTBUS environment, where only noisy ground reference is available. The output settles to 0.1% in less than 300 ns and drives 50¿ to ±2V. It is an ideal probe to match the performance of digital oscilloscopes.
