Abstract :
By loading semiconductor surfaces with ferrites, Gunn-effect domain formation can be effectively suppressed. Our analytical results show that the oscillation criterion is nd ¿ 1.6Ã1011 ¿(¿) cm¿2 where ¿ is the diagonal component of the tensor permeability.
