Abstract
Storyboarding is presented as an efficient technique that provides proposal managers and writers with a disciplined, yet flexible, framework for planning, developing, and reviewing proposal text incrementally and sequentially. The technique facilitates intragroup communication so that all team members are aware of the message being developed to sell an approach to a customer´s problem. It is suggested that a major benefit of storyboarding to proposal teams is that it encourages consistency which, in turn, ensures that the proposal complies with the customer´s requirements and the bidder´s strategy
