Abstract :
As a continuation of an aspect of the investigations by Van Wyk on synchronously switched stator-controlled machines, the letter describes a numerical solution to the general problem of finding the induced voltage part of the total excitation voltage, i.e. the machine voltage during the nonconducting period of the switch.
