  • Abstract
    A random model for urban ultrahigh frequency (UHF)- multipath propagation is proposed. The model uses an optical analogy, which can be well justified at these high frequencies. Several results are obtained. The transfer function and its autocorrelation properties are investigated. Also the time domain behavior is studied. The model is finally tested against experimental data from a field trial made in the town of Linköping, Sweden.
