  • Abstract
    Survey testing using 60Co ¿ of high-capacity RAM for a spacecraft image buffer has identified a candidate 1M bit CMOS dynamic RAM device, the M411024×P from AT&T, which showed no functional degradation at 30 krads (Si), and useable performance at 100 krads (Si).
