Abstract :
A high accuracy digitally tunable MOS transistor structure is proposed, and the working principle is verified experimentally. Experimental results on devices fabricated using a standard 3 mu m p-well CMOS process show that the gain of the current mirrors using the proposed structure can be trimmed with an accuracy better than within 0.1%.<>
