Abstract :
It has recently been shown how switched-capacitor networks can be analysed in the z-plane using 4-port equivalent circuits. The papershows how the transmission matrix of an equivalent 4-port can be obtained, and in what circumstances it can be simplified into the matrix of a 2-port network. It is also shown how the resulting matrix analysis simplifies active-RC- filter simulation using active s.c. networks.
