  • Abstract
    This short paper describes a Ka-band integrated circuit mixer which, when integrated with a 2.5-dB-noise-figure IF amplifier, yields a 6-d13 double-sideband noise figure over the band 36.5-38.5 GHz. A readily machinable low dielectric constant substrate has been utilized.
