Abstract :
A base-current-cancellation scheme is used to improve the performance of a previously discussed class of transistor voltage-divider circuits having small source loading, low output resistance and low temperature coefficient. The technique described is suitable for use with Zener-diode reference sources in voltage-regulator circuits and analogue-digital convertors.
