Abstract :
OTA-C technology has become a very important topic in continuous-time integrated circuits owing to its advantages over other realisation techniques. In the research of OTA-C filters, the synthesis of second-order filters has been widely investigated but the realisation of high-order transfer functions has not received similar attention. The authors propose a novel higher-order OTA-ground capacitor network and explicitly formulate realisation techniques for general transfer functions.
