  • Abstract
    The lower cutoff frequency of stripline filters consisting of an array of parallel conductors on a dielectric substrate is lower than can be explained from conventional stripline theory, assuming TEM waves only. A dynamic field theory is given which predicts bandpass and dispersion characteristics in close agreement with experiment.
