Abstract :
Measurements of sky-noise temperature at elevations of 5° and 20° and at frequencies of 11.75 and 17 GHz, supplementing those of an earlier series, have been used to derive cumulative distributions of slant-path attenuation. A relationship between the distributions is suggested.
