Abstract :
A 2-port helical surface-acoustic-wave delay line operating at 50 MHz and having a 182 ¿s time delay on a thin Bi12GeO20 plate with face dimensions slightly under 5 à 2.5 cm is described, in which crosstalk suppression of more than 50 dB is achieved without introducing loss into the desired output signal.
