Very Low Noise Dual Preamplifier with Autoreverse Facility for Cassette Players

The new integrated circuit described here is a low noise stereo preamplifier with autoreverse facility. The circuit and technology used allow Hi-Fi performance to be obtained. The device consists of two separate amplification channels, each with two inputs and one output. It also has an electronic switch for switching the heads. This function, known as auto- reverse, permits elimination of mechanical switching, making the system more reliable.
