Abstract :
Just as the oft-repeated TV commercial asks "How do you spell \´relief\´?," and the answer is given as "R-O-L-A-I-D-S", an attorney would spell "consumer electronics" as "L-I-T-I-G-A-T-I-O-N." The very term" consumer electronics" identifies those products that will be produced in large numbers, used (and abused) by the masses, and which utilize electricity, that phenomenon well known for electrocuting people and starting fires.
