Abstract :
The design and performance of a circuit with improved tolerance to high binary input voltages are discussed, which would cause input-current switch saturation and wrong current summation in existing gates. Compatibility with conventional transistor¿transistor logic gates is maintained, and the additional circuit complexity per gate is minimal for monolithic-integrated-circuit realisations.
