Abstract :
A range of acoustic-surface-wave orientations on Bi12GeO20 is described, allowing optimum-beam-steering diffraction tradeoffs. An orientation for acoustic-surface-wave propagation on Bi12GeO20 has been discovered having at least two orders of magnitude less diffraction than isotropic materials.
