Abstract :
A new film Bragg deflector has been fabricated on a non-piezoelectric substrate. The deflector is made of ZnO film, so that both an optical waveguide and acoustic-surface-wave transducers are monolithically integrated. High diffraction efficiencies (more than 90%) are obtained with this device.
