Abstract
The design is given for a solenoid which produces a uniform magnetic field, the magnitude of which is almost independent of temperature changes. The results of measurements of the temperature coefficient of magnetic field produced by such a solenoid are given. It is shown that by adjusting the dimensions of the solenoid, the temperature coefficient can be made very small.
