Constitutions & By-Laws

The Broadcast Cable and Consumer Electronics Society (BCCES) is composed of three groups whose special interests are those which make up the Society´s name. Each group is headed by a President and administered by an Administrative Committee or Ad Com. Our group, Consumer Electronics, which existed long before the Society was formed, functioned under the authority of a Constitution and By-Laws. The BCCES now has its own Constitution and By-Laws. The Constitution and By-Laws are being published to help encourage member participation in the operation of our group and the Society. While the Society documents take precedence, our Ad Com has updated the Consumer Electronics group´s Constitution and By-Laws to insure that they are in consonance with those of the Society and to have them available should there be any future changes in the organization´s structure.
