This index covers all papers, short papers, editorials, and correspondence items that appeared in the IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON MICROWAVE THEORY AND TECHNIQUES and predecessor publications from the inception of the journal in 1953 through 1979 (Vols. MTT-1 through MTT-27). For simplicity, the journal code T-MTT is used consistently to identify the publication, although its formal title changed twice during the period covered by this index.
