Abstract
A 0-section of a transfinite electrical network is a maximal subnetwork that is connected in the usual sense, i.e., there is a finite path between every two nodes. Conditions are established ensuring that a 0-section M is electrically isolated from all other 0-sections. This means that a source in M never induces currents beyond the infinite extremities of M . The conditions are on both the graph and the element values of M
