  • Abstract
    A method of fingerprint recognition based on the DCT features of a discrete image is proposed. Its performance is evaluated by the k-nearest neighbour (k-NN) classifier. Experimental results show the achievement of the proposed method in terms of the recognition rate and the low computational effort.
