Abstract :
This article describes the principles of a training simulator that has been integrated into an electrical network monitoring and control system (ENMCS) and highlights the benefits that it has brought to this chemical plant. The simulator needed for the chemical plant described in this paper was not required to reproduce the dynamic performance of the system but only its static performance. It is possible to add a simulator function described in this paper as a low-cost alternative to a dedicated training simulator.
