Abstract :
In the letter, starting with a varying output weighting matrix, an attempt has been made to construct an optimal controller comprising a feedback controller with variable gain depending on the variation of state and feedforward controller with gain proportional to derivatives, as well as deviations of polynomial-type measurable disturbance.
