Abstract :
Experiments with simultaneous storage and correlation of signals launched into a Schottky-diode acoustoelectric memory correlator through different spatially orthogonal transducers are reported. The observed performance using 10 ¿cm silicon is compared with previously reported results using 30 ¿cm material.
