Abstract :
A method of small signal modelling for the smart power IC is presented. The method is based on the IC´s typical operational characteristics and small signal frequency response data. Using the least square identification, the IC´s dynamic model, which was expressed as the transfer function, was synthesised from the gain and phase data from the experiment were obtained. The effectiveness and practicality of the method were verified through experiments.
