Abstract :
A sphere decoder (SD) method with a novel ordering mechanism for blind signal detection of time-varying (TV) OFDM system is proposed. This method exploits the time-frequency response correlation between adjacent OFDM subchannels or time-slots, Different from other SD ordering mechanisms, this new mechanism incorporates an error-amplifying strategy which could greatly reduce the SD search complexity
