  • Abstract
    Theoretical analysis of a general n-way power divider-combiner in a Gysel configuration has been carried out to derive relationships among fundamental parameters. On the basis of its symmetries, an eight-way network has been described, analyzed, and optimized over a 25-percent bandwidth by the computer program COMPACT tm. Experimental data is reported and compared with theoretical predictions.
