Abstract :
The slow-wave characteristics of an MLS coplanar waveguide are analyzed using two different full-wave methods mode-matching and spectral-domain technique. The theoretical results obtained with them and the experimental values are in good agreement. Several important features of the MIS coplanar waveguide are presented along with some design criteria.
