Abstract :
The error in our analysis detected by Knochel et al., and several other errors are acknowledged. The corrected analysis is abstracted and compared with the results by Knochel et al. Experimental verification is given for the new results. Some practical considerations regarding the implementation and use of the TEM resonator discriminator are given.
