Abstract :
A waveguide polarizer with resonant notches in a septum is investigated. The Wiener-Hopf techniques employed to derive theoretical design data and the results are compared to experiments for a single-notch and a double-notch design. It is concluded that the agreement is good and the design useful for narrowband applications.
