Abstract :
A simple design method for broad-band ladder network impedance transformers having noncommensnrate section lengths and predictable passband response is presented. Limitations on section impedances imposed by constructional constraints are more easily met than with commensurate networks, and harmonically related passbands are largely avoided. An example is presented.
