Abstract :
Transfer functions of the Schÿssler filters are modified by increasing the multiplicity of the dominant pair of poles. This greatly reduces the critical pole Q-factor and makes these functions useful in active-filter synthesis, and the time-domain characteristics are only slightly affected.
