Abstract :
The commenter points out that a paper by C.J. Railton and J.P. McGeehan (see IEEE Trans. Microw. Theory Tech., vol.38, no.8, p.1017-22, Aug 1990) should have been included as a reference in the above-titled paper by J.G. Maloney and G.S. Smith (ibid., vol.40, no.3, p.323-30, Mar. 1992). Maloney and Smith reply that they would have included the reference if they had been aware of it, and they point out differences between that study and their own work.<>
