Abstract :
The commenter argues that in the above-titled paper by A.D. Wunsch (ibid., vol.39, no.5, p.705-9, May 1991) the author incorrectly models the receiving antenna and obtains a result that is too small by a factor of 2. Wunsch replies that, although the commenter is correct in noticing several errors, they merely involve careless use of factors of 2, and that there is nothing incorrect in the approach used.<>
