Abstract :
In the above-named work (see ibid., vol.37, no.9, p.1329, 1989), Sukkar et al. defined the function zinc (t)=A sinc ( t)+B cosc (t). The commenter points out that the terms sinc (t) and cosc (t) are forming a pair of Hilbert transforms
