Abstract :
The cultural aspects of any organisation influence the way in which that organisation operates and are therefore an underlying factor in any enterprise modelling programme. The predominant characteristics of culture are behaviour and control, which need to be evaluated on an organisation-by-organisation basis before looking at any models.<>
