Abstract :
We propose and demonstrate all-optical 2R regeneration using a two-mode injection-locked Fabry-Pe´rot laser diode. We show that two-mode injection-locking can suppress the effect of relaxation oscillation and demonstrate waveform regeneration at 10 Gb/s.
