  • Abstract
    The techniques of stochastic computing are applied to the design of a low-cost analogue-in analogue-out integrator, easily capable of time constants of several minutes. The expense of up-down counters is avoided by representing quantities as the proportion of bits which are `on¿ in a randomly clocked shift register.
