Abstract :
A new effective way to calculate spatial Green´s functions (GFs) for an electrical sheet current placed over a cylindrical metal rod covered with a dielectric substrate is proposed. The novelty is that the singular part of the spatial GFs was rigorously derived in an explicit form.
