  • Abstract
    The first two authors comment on the paper by F. Tosato and S. Quaia (see ibid., vol.,139, no.5, p.443-8, 1992). The authors point out that the idea of the model proposed by Tosato and Quaia is the same as that proposed by themselves in several other papers. There are, however, two differences between the model proposed by Tosato and Quaia and that of the authors regarding the definition of the passive parameters of the π-two port model.
