Abstract
We discuss effects of pulsewidth on the accuracy, of Faraday tarotion (spread-spectrum analog of Faraday rotation) as a measure of electron density. Results age presented for rectangular pulse envelopes of 10-100 cycles corresponding, for example, to 1-10 ns at 10 GHz.
