  • Abstract
    The influence of nonlinearity on commercial code division multiple access links is considered. Nonlinearity corrupts the modulation of Walsh codes and generates modulation of new codes; a memoryless model and a Volterra model are presented to analyse this effect. The Volterra series requires only a few terms and can be applied to identify the channel nonlinearity from observations at the receiver.
