Abstract :
This paper deals with the modeling of magneto-mechanical phenomena for a ferromagnetic plate having a small thickness. In order to avoid problems with the meshgeneration, we use shell elements. With such elements, one computes magnetic field, magnetic forces, and deformations. In this work, we explain the different formulations and the main results obtained from the studied examples.
